Gestura x The Anchovy Bar: Limited Edition Silver Tongs

Gestura was founded by a former State Bird and Progress cook, Gabe. So it seemed only natural that we collaborate on his 01 Silver Spoon with an engraving of our iconic State Bird quail.

And now, we’ve added their silver tongs engraved with our anchovy to the collection!

The tongs combine the long tapered profile of Japanese cooking chopsticks with the tension and precision of plating tweezers. It is comfortable everywhere from turning small veg in a small pan, to handling noodles and grilling. Made with Japanese stainless steel, these 10” tongs is an all-purpose tool and perfect for retrieving anchovies!
