Ingredients:

4 quarts All purpose flour
4 quarts Potato starch
3 quarts Breadcrumbs, coarse
3 quarts Pepitas, toasted
1.5 cups Sweet paprika
1.5 cups California chile powder
1 cup Kosher salt
4 tablespoons Garlic powder
1.5 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
